The Adar Season is Shlock Rock Season

Welcome my friends! We are in Purim season. Less than one month until we hit the holiday of Purim. Here in Israel it is a long 5 day weekend. Here's how it works. Thursday Mar 21is the fast of Esther, known as Taanit Esther. Friday is an off day. Then Sat night after Shabbat ends, we read the Megillah. Sunday in the morning they read the Megilah again and then we have the Purim Feast. Sunday night ends Purim except for those who lives in walled cities like Jerusalem. Sunday night March 24 is the beginning of Shushan Purim. Finally Monday March 25th is Shushan Purim day. So all told, March 21 - 25 is the Purim long weekend. It is a 5 day extravaganza! Enjoy!!!
